SUPPORT AND STABILITY

Our double prong belts offer a firm and supportive fit that doesn’t compromise on comfort. Like all of our lever and prong belts, we craft this one from high-quality Amara synthetic leather, ensuring your belt will stand the test of time.

Using a lifting belt boosts intra-abdominal pressure, reducing lower back stress and increasing stability. The double prong design of this belt adds additional durability and a secure fit you can rely on.

COMPETITION READY

How can I adjust the Double Prong Belt?
Our Double Prong Belt incorporates a buckle design for swift and effortless adjustments. Plus, a loop ensures the belt remains firmly in place throughout your workouts.

Which belt should I choose?
We offer a wide range of belts, including 10mm and 13mm single-prong and double-prong belts, as well as quick-fitting lever belts. Your selection depends on your personal requirements and lifting style.

What's the difference between a single and double prong belt?
Both single and double-prong belts offer substantial support, but some lifters prefer the additional durability of two prongs instead of one. However, a single-prong belt is easier to put on. It’s ultimately up to personal preference.

Solid, affordable, reliable!

I own a Strength Shop lever balt which I have used for years. The old jelly belly has put grown the lever belt so it was time for a new one. I went old school with the Double Prong belt and it feels great. There is a technique used to put these belts on using an upright for leverage. The thickness of the belt is ideal and doesn't kill the hip bones on lifts. The colour is stunning. I was bored of the all black and typical tan coloured leather belts. All my items arrived packaged well and delivered within a few days.

Thanks to Empowered Fit Wirral

Tried one of these belts in my gym and loved it. Couldn’t find it anywhere but asked and they said it was from here. Best support ever and wouldn’t have it without the lovely team at EF.

Great Belt!

Have been borrowing my boyfriends belt for quite a while now so thought it was time to buy my own. First time using this, achieved a new squat PB so no complaints, great belt. Looks good, love the colour, feels super supportive and so far does the job.

Rock solid, for a good price

This is the first belt I've ever used, so i don't have a point of comparison, but i can say that it's a great quality, well constructed belt, at a good price. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks, but already my squat has gone up by 25kg, purely thanks to the support and the confidence this belt gives me. My only complaint is that the beautiful maroon colour isn't available for the single prong version; the dual prong makes it a bit difficult to get on tight sometimes. If i was to purchase it again, i'd just go the the single prong in black.
