SQUAT, BENCH & DEADLIFT

Squats, bench press and deadlifts, that's exactly what this barbell was designed for. With a 29cm shaft diameter and a medium sharp knurling, this bar sits comfortable in your hands and on your shoulders for squats. For quick orientation for your set up, the Bastard Power Bar has the 81cm grip marking common for powerlifting. The sleeve diameter is 50cm and is slightly grooved for a better fit of the plates on the barbell. Made from super sturdy high quality steel and fitted with three bronze bushings, the Bastard Power Bar is very durable. Since the bar is relatively stiff, we would recommend using primarily static lifts.

 To stabilize your core for the Big3, find your matching lever buckle belt.

Power bar

I would highly recommend this Power Bar, the knurling just seems right and the bar is stiff and feels good when bench pressing. The IPF markings are clear and the 29mm thickness makes it comfortable in hand.

Perfect power bar, affordable

Literally everything I’ve been looking for in a power bar similar to Eleiko or Rogue for much less. The knurling is spot on, sharp and rough how a real power bar should be.

Customer service is phenomenal, had a small fault with my purchase and they were quick to resolve the issue with no hesitation.

Great bar with great knurling

I originally bought a standard Olympic bar during lockdown. It worked but I always felt like it was slipping down my back due to lacking central knurling. Finally decided to get a new bar and went for this one. Great decision and very happy with the product.
