Uncompromising Quality and Extreme Toughness:
These days, kettlebells are easy to come by. Most, however, are not designed with the serious strength athlete in mind. Unlike some of the competition, our kettlebells are virtually indestructible and will literally last a lifetime even under the most rigorous usage.
Over the years, we have worked with various kettlebell athletes and instructors to develop our cast iron kettlebell range to the highest possible standards, without compromising on cost. Kettlebell packages consist of one of each kettlebell stated. MAIN FEATURES:
● Standard size for all weights, same handle thickness and shape. ● Brushed steel ● Natural handles ● Kettlebell colour as per standard competition kettlebell colours. ● Weight Tolerance: +/- 2% ● Price is for one kettlebell. Why Train with Kettlebells?
No matter what your sport, you stand to benefit from kettlebell training. Once an obscure training implement, kettlebells have enjoyed a huge resurgence in popularity in recent years, and for good reason!
Widely regarded as one of the most versatile and challenging training implements, kettlebells: ● build core stability and functional strength through dynamic, compound movements ● increase your ability to generate power, which directly translates to increased sports performance ● improve range of motion and muscular coordination through challenging and novel training modalities ● develop cardiovascular endurance through high intensity work, while saving your joints from the impact of traditional cardio training ● build forearm, grip and wrist strength and stability ● make an excellent home training tool due to their compact size and price ● are extremely versatile - can be used for swings, snatches, cleans, Turkish get-ups, presses, curls, squats, deadlifts, and an endless variety of kettlebell flows. The only limiting factor is your imagination! HISTORY:
In the late 20th century, Soviet science verified that repetition kettlebell lifting is one of the best tools for all around physical development.
A study observed two groups of college students over a period of a few years:
A standard battery of armed forces physical training tests was used which included the following: pullups, a standing broad jump, a 100 meter sprint, and a 1 k run. The control group followed the typical university physical fitness training program which was military oriented and emphasized the listed exercises. The experimental group just lifted kettlebells. No other training of any kind.
In spite of the lack of practice on the tested drills listed above, the kettlebell training group showed better scores in every one of them.
The finishing on these kettlebells is excellent, particularly the handle. After trying them out with some snatches and long cycle, I'm very happy with them.

Kettle Bell Bundle
I have previously used the standard cast iron kettle bells and got on okay with them however, having recently completed a Kettle Bell Instructor course I was introduced to Competition Kettle Bells and they're a game changer! I had shopped around and the cost of these verses other companies was significantly cheaper however, the quality is absolutely superb. They feel and handle amazingly and the difference between these and cast iron when doing a Clean is poles apart! I wouldn't go back to cast iron and when I need to increase the weight I will be sticking with these. One huge positive to note, the height of all 3 are the same so you can use 2 different weighted bells for maximising press ups and tricep dips. I intend on buying additional ones from the range and would confidently recommend them to both beginners and experienced users.

Competition series
Owning both black powder coated bells and now the competition series I much prefer the competition.
A much nicer grip for big number repetitions.
More cumbersome than the black so they take a bit of getting used to when using doubles.
