7.5cm x 7.5cm Box Section, made from 3mm Steel making it incredibly sturdy!
Rated to 550kg for Yoke exercise (using 4 main loading pins)
Rated to 350kg dead weight for both the j-hooks and the catchers.
Can also be used as a pushing sled!

Solid piece of equipment!

Amazing quality

A great sturdy piece of equipment. Very versatile and is now my all in one for everything from bench, squats, yoke etc. Very glad I bought this and recommend it to anyone for a great workout and especially those in the strongman scene. The only flaw I can see is the j hooks and safety bars are pure metal so doesn’t offer much protection when using your bar. The package came with some protective foam so I’ll be using that to cover the exposed metal
