EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABLE SETTING MECHANICS

The half moon shaped pads with a special foam core are extremely comfortable and minimize unpleasant pressure pain. Pins and a ring in the rear front allow you to attach resistance bands to get the maximum out of this exercise. You can increase the intensity and the dynamic of this movement without the need to handle heavy weight in that position. 

With the setting mechanic, you can quickly change the position of the foot plate & ankle holders. The foot plate is also adjustable vertically in position to get the ideal angle for recruiting the desired muscle groups, which supports different heights of athletes, training for core strength and power. Two wheels make it easy to move the GHD around. It has a triangular base and can be bolted into the floor for maximum stability.
