Designed to attach securely to 60mm uprights, this dip horn can be mounted at any height, so you can easily adjust it for your body size, shoulder width and preferred movement range.

    Built from 5mm thick steel and rated for up to 400kg total load, this attachment is made for demanding training environments – from compact home gyms to busy commercial facilities. Use it for chest dips, triceps dips, weighted dips and variations targeting the chest, triceps, shoulders and even core stability.
