Weight Lifting Powerlifting Gymnastics Chalk - Approximately 52g each block. Magnesium Carbonate.

Case of 8 blocks.

The grain size of this chalk is 400 mesh, a bit lighter/crumblier than some chalk blocks at same volume. These blocks made from the finer powder are better at getting into the grooves of the hand and providing increased grip.

Fantastic Chalk

I've always been lazy about using chalk but this stuff has been a complete game-changer for me. It is very crumbly so it coats all the nooks and crannies of your hands very easily. Completely dries out your hands and allows you to use your grip strength to its maximum potential.

Best chalk to date!!!!

I've used chalk from a climbing shop for a few years, but this is next level stuff. Super grippy. Big tester on the old calluses. Long lasting, as it dries the hands and they stay dry. Much recommenced.

Quality Chalk!

Good quality chalk and it looks like it will last a long time, perfect for improving grip on the bar especially for heavy deadlifts and high rep work., as has been said before you will not really be able to pick up a block and rub your hands, traps etc with it as it will fall apart so the best way is to crumble them up into a bowl or tupperware container and then rub your hands in it from there. Yet again another quality product from Strengthshop.

Great Chalk

Chalk is great, simple as that! Lasts a long time as well. It is very crumbly but I personally have no problems with this.
