Extremely firm foam roller, textured spikes to really hit knots in your muscles to loosen them up and help prevent injury. If your old soft roller isn't doing the job, the Thor Roller will.

After completing my rehab, I experimented with many rollers to aid in my recovery after training sessions, but none compares to the Thor Roller. It's an amazing recovery tool and a must-have!
