Can be loaded to approximately 260kg if using 20kg cast plates, or 200kg if using 15's.
Now with a quick release pin for easy adjustment of the height.

Handle 450mm long and 35mm diameter
Suitable for Olympic Plates with 2" diameter hole
Weighs approx. 6.5kg
