Worth it.

£180 odd quid is a lot for a shoe you can’t really walk in.

I usually wear Metcon 9 and thought they were good enough for squats, with a slight heel raise and fairly stiff. How wrong I was.
If you’re on the fence about getting them as I was then you will not be disappointed. They have increased my confidence, form/posture and as a result my squat numbers.

I got them one size up from my usual Nike shoes as they are supposedly tight. This is true. A size up and they are comfortable, if I got them in my normal size it’d crush my toes.

Worth the wait!

I’ve been on the hunt for a nice pair of black and gold squat shoes for a while now and I’d seen these roms advertised on the likes of rogue but were out of my price range so when I seen strength shop started to stock them at a great price I made sure I nabbed a pair! Love them, best squatting shoes I’ve owned performance wise and they certainly do stand out🤩 super fast delivery as always👏🏼
