    Designed for hip thrusts, this pad features a dense foam core that holds its shape during lifts – no Velcro needed. It stays securely on the bar while offering the right amount of cushioning. The patterned PVC cover adds a unique look to your setup and can be easily removed and hand-washed to keep things fresh between sessions.
