What's the difference between a single and double prong belt? Both single and double-prong belts offer substantial support, but some lifters prefer the additional durability of two prongs instead of one. However, a single-prong belt is easier to put on. It’s ultimately up to personal preference.
Bought the belt some weeks ago and was able to implement it in my squats and deadlifts, now able to get back to heavy lifting! The belt fits well around my torso and feels very stable. Only caveat I would say is removing the belt is a bit of a struggle because of the double prong, but that doesn't negate its utility!
