Great support - Double check size though
Absolutely fantastic belt with solid support, the lever makes it easy to secure and get straight into my heavier lifts.
Initially bought a small as my waist was 33 inches
Size small says it fits from 28 inch up to 35 inch.
However I could only just fit the widest notch and couldn't full inhale comfortably.
Bought a medium and it works wonders with a couple inches to adapt either way should my measurements change.
Overall would definitely recommend to any gym goers that are seeking a high quality belt

I ordered an xs and it fits perfectly. Quick and easy to take off, great support when doing squats. Back feels much better and slowly lifting a bit heavier each week.
