Adjustable weighted vest - ideal for chin ups, pull ups, dips, push ups, and any movement where you wish to add weight to your upper body in a convenient and comfortable way.
Compact placement of weights makes the vest also suitable for high intensity conditioning workouts, such as burpees, sprints and so on. Two adjustable straps guarantee a tight fit even when used for running. This vest also features a pocket for your phone and a big velcro section for your favourite patches.
The straps are removable and adjustable and make the vest fit most body types.
The weight is adjustable from 1-20 kg with simple to load 20 x 1 kg weights which can be arranged as wished. The vest has space for 10 kg on both the back and front side.
Includes 20 x one kg removable weights.
Made of very durable 600D Cordura.

Vest is compact but feels strong and is comfortable to wear. Vest comes with 20 x 1kg weights so you can be really flexible with the weight carried. Delivery was really fast and securely packed.

Looks a bit odd when out walking in it. Would be useful to have a logo depicting strength training if some sort.
