Resistance bands are suitable for anyone at any fitness level. These wider bands are designed to use in strength, muscle building, stretching and warm up work, and are more comfortable to use than normal strength bands.

Try out glute bridges, abductor work, plank kickbacks, hip raises and numerous upper body exercises with this set of increasingly strong resistance bands!

The set comes with a drawstring bag to store the bands in.
