Great for adding weight to lifts, gradually during the range of motion, and breaking through sticking points.
Training with chains creates resistance that helps promote much greater overall explosiveness, power and strength. Chains can be used with as many exercises as you can imagine, use them over your shoulders and do weighted pull-ups or dips, attach them to a prowler or sled for a new challenge, or stay conventional and use them while performing a squat/bench/deadlift.
Chains approx. 1.5m in length. Fits a 50mm barbell sleeve, with a 51mm opening. Collars included. Dimensions of one chain link: 6cm x 4cm x 1,2cm (diameter)
