This Riot Seal Row comes with two extra features you don’t want to miss. The adjustable footstep makes getting on and off the bench a breeze for all types of athletes. The second feature, an adjustable leg holder, is great for added stability when doing the seal row. With this leg holder, you can create better tension and maximise your effective strength output. By optimising your form, you can push yourself further and achieve new levels of strength and power. Plus the leg holder can also be used to do Nordic Curls.

The Seal Row, also known as the Chinese bench, is a timeless weightlifting tool. This classic piece of weightlifting equipment, typically seen in older European weightlifting clubs, is a valuable asset for assistance training. Embraced by Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, and other strength athletes, the Seal row bench offers a stable and efficient alternative to makeshift setups using flat benches on stacked bumper plates or plyo boxes. This exercise targets the lats' strength, stability, and thickness without straining the lower back.
