32mm diameter alloy steel shaft, making this thicker than a normal power bar the thicker shaft is better suited for squats and increases the strength of the bar. Due to this the bar is 25kg in weight!
The sleeves have a loadable length of 46cm allowing you to fit more weight on the bar over standard olympic barbells. All these small features add up to make this a fantastic squat bar! I owe this bar about 9 months ago and I absolutely love everything about it !! The diameter of the bar is such that the bar sits so stable in my back and thus provides a big level of confidence during the lift !! It's ultra-stiff and so there is no whip whatsoever !! The knurl is aggressive to the point it provides perfect grip between clothes and the bar itself !! The bar goes nowhere once rested upon my back !! The length is also an advantage because the sleeves outway the racks and so unracking during squatting is not to worry hitting accidentally the racks with the weight plates !!! The shaft of the bar doesn't rust like other bars in the market !! It's an awesome bar !!!!!!!!
