- Quick adjustment without fuss: Spring-loaded pins and numbered, stainless steel guide plates allow smooth, secure repositioning. Without any extra tools.
- Flip-back function for smart space use: Each dip arm can be flipped back vertically when not in use. They stay clear of the training area and rest on rubber stoppers to avoid metal-on-metal contact.
