This is our biggest sale of the year - and we’re doing things differently this time around. Think daily flash deals, no repeats, exclusive weekend offers and one last big surprise for Cyber Monday. 

Here’s everything you need to know about what’s dropping, when it’s live, and how to get the best deals. 

1. WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE START? 

Power week begins on Friday 21 November at 00:00 GMT. Each day we’ll drop a brand new deal - live for 24 hours only. 

2. WHAT IS POWER WEEK? 

From 21-27 November, we’re running daily flash sales. That means: one new deal every day, 24 hours to shop, no repeats. Sign up to our email/sms list and follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss a single drop. 

3. WHAT HAPPENS ON BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND?

From Friday 28 to Sunday 30 November, the biggest offers go live. Expect massive discounts on all of your favourites. All weekend long.

4. IS THERE A CYBER MONDAY DEAL? 

Yes - the sale will still be live on Cyber Monday, but for now it’s under wraps what it will involve. Trust us - it’s a goodie! 

5. WILL NEW PRODUCTS BE ADDED THROUGHOUT THE SALE? 

Yes! Every day during Power Week there will be a different product on sale. Then a whole new set of discounts drop for Black Friday weekend as these will be live for the remainder of the sale. No early reveals for these, just strong kit, stronger deals. 

6. HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE? 

We know you’ll be excited to get your order, so we always aim to get it out as soon as possible. Due to increased orders there may be a slight delay, but we’ll always aim to have orders shipped within a maximum of 7 working days of it being placed. We’ll update our social channels if there are any shipping delays, so keep an eye out there for the latest sales news.

7. CAN I USE AN ATHLETE CODE DURING THE SALE? 

Yes! Athlete codes will still give you an extra 5% off, even on top of Black Friday discounts. To support your favourite Strength Shop athlete, head to their page and use their code at checkout. 

8. CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE SALE? 

Yes! Our 90-day return policy still applies - even for discounted items so that you can buy with confidence.
