FAQ

How do I care for my Heavy Knee Wraps?
Hand wash your knee wraps in cool water with a gentle detergent. After washing, gently press out any excess water and allow them to air dry flat. Avoid using bleach and refrain from machine drying to maintain their quality.

Should I use Normal Knee Wraps or Heavy Knee Wraps?
The choice depends on your training preferences. Heavy wraps provide more support but at a cost to pliability. If you want wraps for dynamic exercises (like farmers’ walks), 
you might prefer the Normal Knee Wraps. For maximum support, we offer Super Heavy Knee Wraps.

As with all knee wraps you have to get used to them but once you do...... Wow super support, super amount of pop at the bottom, confidence giving. Have been week on week smashing not only my own PB's but that of the gyms all thanks to these wraps, nice one strength shop
