Half Rack
Includes safety catchers and bar holders for squatting and multi grip pull up handles for a upper body workout. The bumper plate storage system keeps plates close and tidy for quick weight changes.
Half Racks take up the same footprint as a Full Cage but allow you to press overhead within it.
The feet have pre-drilled holes for securing rack to the floor is needed.
