Riot Flat Bench

Really solid, heavy duty bench. If you want a bench that's going to support a lot of weight, this will do the job. Considering how heavy it is, it would have been better with wheels on one end so it can be lifted and easily moved. The bench pad is also wider than you might be used to and a little bit high for most people using it for bench press, unless 6ft and over.

Purchased the riot bench a few days ago and very impressed , as an accomplished experienced lifter with 180kg bodyweight I needed a super strong bench that can handle my hefty bodyweight and my heavy bench press poundages ....this is the solution! Only took around 30minutes to carefully assemble and the finished product is fit for a rhino with a rated 600kg maximum weight capacity!
